Welcome to the TexCen Realty Online Portal!

Use this portal to pay your rent and other charges (if applicable), submit a repair request, see your resident related documentation, file your renter's insurance certificate and submit official notices to your property manager. 

• Online Payments - TexCen Realty only accepts online payments. Online payment is easy, secure and FREE when you use your bank account information.  It saves time, money and is controlled by you!  Choose to process your payment manually each month OR pay by automatic withdraw on the day of your choice from your checking or savings account. We also have a credit card option, but do not recommend it as it is expensive. Simply click the drop down buttons to explore your payment options.

• Repair Requests - Make all repair requests through this portal. When you do this you can then track the progress of your request. Navigate to "Create Request > Maintenance Request" once you are in the portal. Please submit pictures whenever possible as well (for appliances, submit a picture of the sticker indicating the make and model). Emergency or after hours? See below. An adult will need to be home for the repair. We do not accept repair requests in any other format, this is the only avenue to make a request.

• Notices - Need to give notice not to renew your lease? Need to ask to add another resident? Want to renew your lease? Questions? Concerns? No problem! Simply click "Create Request > General Inquiry" and submit it there.

• See your Documents  - See your lease, or other important documents related to your residency with TexCen Realty. Click on "Documents".

• Renter's Insurance - All Residents must enter a copy of their insurance certificate and it's corresponding information. Even if another resident did this in their portal previously. It needs to be on everyone's portal. We are sorry for this inconvenience and are working with our third party vendor to correct this, but until then, please make sure you log your insurance by clicking on the announcement when you first log in or on the top of your portal.
